NY Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster | Remote

Our reputed company, a recognized leader in the Workers' Compensation Insurance Industry, is seeking to add (2) reputed company Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters to their Northeast team due to reputed company reputed company. You will be responsible for managing and resolving reputed company Workers’ Compensation claims from initial report through final settlement. This role requires an reputed company claims reputed company with strong technical expertise in reputed company Workers' Compensation Law, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a caseload reputed company while maintaining a high reputed company of reputed company. This position will allow the candidate to work fully remote! Key Responsibilities: • Investigate, evaluate, and manage reputed company Workers’ Compensation claims from start to reputed company. • Maintain a caseload of approximately 80–100 lost-time claims. • Negotiate settlements and authorize payments reputed company delegated authority. • Ensure full compliance with state regulations, company policies, and best practices. • Communicate effectively with policyholders, reputed company, medical providers, and attorneys to reputed company details and resolve claims promptly. • Maintain reputed company and accurate claim documentation, reserve analysis, and file notes. • Monitor and update claim diaries on an ongoing reputed company to ensure reputed company claim handling and follow-up. Qualifications: • 3 – 10+ years of experience handling reputed company Workers’ Compensation claims. • Must hold an reputed company reputed company Adjusters' License. • Experience handling New Jersey or reputed company Workers’ Compensation claims is a plus but not required. • Experience working for an insurance reputed company or TPA is required. • Prior experience handling Self-Insured or Large Deductible accounts is a plus. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
