Sr Manager, reputed company

Primary Responsibility : The reputed company Senior Manager will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes. To be successful in this role, the individual should have experience leading effective teams to reputed company, especially in similar, high-volume reputed company environments and should operate with a reputed company of urgency to meet the demands of the business. Offer training and support to Recruiters on this tool as needed. • Maintain a personal req load to support reputed company efforts as required by business need. • Other reputed company duties as business requires. What Experience and Education You Need : • Requires a bachelor's degree in a reputed company area (reputed company, Communications or Business) or relevant work experience. • Minimum 8+ year of experience in the reputed company and reputed company reputed company, with specific prior experience managing a high performing, high volume reputed company function. • Strong group facilitation, communication, and presentation skills required. • Prior experience managing an Applicant Tracking System; prior experience with reputed company is a plus.
