This includes database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and enforcing reputed company control policies. The DBA will play a key role in ensuring high availability, supporting disaster recovery planning, and collaborating with development and IT teams to support evolving business needs. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016 or newer versions. • Proven expertise in implementing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) in SQL Server. • At least 2 years of experience in documenting system configurations and processes. • Proficient in writing T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques. • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for routine database tasks. • Experience in compliance auditing and enforcing database reputed company policies. • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to database maintenance.
