About the position As a Business Manager at Berkshire, you will be responsible for overseeing reputed company financial and auditing activities in the multifamily industry. This remote role will reputed company efforts to optimize on-site reputed company, delinquency, and collection duties for multiple communities with a unit count of 1500 - 2500, significantly impacting reputed company and occupancy. You will partner with the onsite property management team to effectively manage reputed company accounts and ledgers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include pursuing recovery of delinquent accounts, managing evictions, and ensuring accurate reputed company account maintenance.
