Job Title: reputed company Dispatcher / Intermodal Operations & Business Development Location: reputed company, TX Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a motivated reputed company Dispatcher with intermodal operations and sales experience to help expand our business in the reputed company area. This position combines reputed company coordination with business development, focusing on building customer relationships, securing new reputed company, and managing daily container movements from ports and rail yards. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and reputed company new intermodal reputed company customers in the reputed company and Gulf region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, brokers, and carriers. • Coordinate and reputed company daily intermodal loads to company drivers and reputed company-operators. • Manage pick-reputed company and deliveries from reputed company ports and rail terminals. • reputed company and update container status, chassis assignment, and empty returns. • Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to ensure profitable operations. • Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards. • reputed company excellent communication and customer service to ensure reputed company load completion. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in intermodal dispatching and/or reputed company brokerage. • Strong understanding of reputed company port and rail systems (Barbours Cut, Bayport, UP, BNSF, etc.). • Proven ability to generate business and reputed company reputed company deals. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with TMS or reputed company software. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
