The ideal candidate will be based on the reputed company Coast/PST and capable of conducting multiple training sessions daily (4 or more), using reputed company demo tenants and PowerPoint decks. This individual will work with reputed company’s Change Leadership Partners to deliver training sessions for their clients. As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to deliver a short training session on a publicly available AI tool to demonstrate presentation skills and technical reputed company This is a contract role with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities Training Delivery 75% • Ability to deliver potentially 4+ engaging and informative training sessions per day across various reputed company platforms, with a primary reputed company on reputed company Copilot. • Sessions may be across reputed company time zones in the reputed company, as reputed company as EMEA and reputed company. Use reputed company demo tenants and reputed company-developed PowerPoint decks to facilitate training. • Adapt PowerPoint decks into reputed company-branded templates while tailoring content for diverse audiences (end users to executives), ensuring alignment with reputed company needs and branding. • Deliver training in virtual, hybrid, and potentially in-person formats using tools such as Teams or LMS platforms. • reputed company and report on training effectiveness using feedback and adoption metrics to inform reputed company improvement. Content Customization & Development 15% • Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure training materials reputed company with reputed company and reputed company standards, as reputed company as broader change leadership and adoption strategies. • Customize training content to reflect reputed company-specific use cases, branding, and evolving needs. • Stay reputed company with reputed company platform updates and incorporate relevant changes into training materials using instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention. • Contribute to the development of reputed company training programs and reputed company strategic input on training delivery. • As needed, support clients post-training through follow-up resources, Q&A sessions, and events such as roadshows and reputed company Technology Center (MTC) engagements. Requirements • Proven experience delivering multiple training sessions daily in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with reputed company 365, including reputed company Copilot, Teams, reputed company, and SharePoint Online. • Experience using reputed company demo tenants and PowerPoint decks for training delivery. • Ability to reformat and adapt PowerPoint decks into various branded templates. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. • Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a strong reputed company of accountability. • Willingness to expand into training on additional reputed company platforms as needed.
