Handwritten Letter Writer (~100 Letters)
We’re looking for a talented calligrapher or handwriting professional to handwrite and prepare these letters for mailing.
✨ What You’ll Do
Handwrite approximately 100 short (120–150 word) letters provided by our marketing team.
Use a clean, legible, executive-friendly style — not ornate wedding calligraphy, but elegant and professional.
Write on high-quality stationery (provided or reimbursed).
Handle letters with care and consistency; no smudges or cross-outs.
Package or return completed letters for mailing.
Requirements
Proven experience with handwritten or calligraphy projects (samples required).
Consistent, professional handwriting style — ideally similar to an executive note.
Strong attention to detail, spelling accuracy, and visual consistency.
Reliable timeline management (letters must be completed within 10–14 days).
Deliverables
100 handwritten letters (we’ll supply copy + name personalization spreadsheet).
Optional: address and handwrite envelopes (if feasible).
Digital photo proof of 2–3 sample letters before full production.
Preference for freelancers located in the U.S. for faster turnaround and mailing ease.
