Role Overview
We’re hiring 1–2 freelance recipe writers to produce 100 high-quality recipe posts. You’ll develop or adapt home-cook-friendly recipes, write clearly, and follow our SEO + formatting checklist.
Scope & Deliverables
Volume: 100 recipe posts (start ASAP; timeline flexible)
Length: 900–1,200 words per post (not including ingredient list)
Each post includes:
Compelling title (≤70 chars) + permalink slug
100–150 word intro (what it is, flavor profile, why it works)
Yield/servings; Prep, Cook, Total time
Ingredients with precise measurements (US + metric/grams)
Numbered step-by-step method with sensory cues (look/feel/smell)
Tips & technique notes (what can go wrong + fixes)
Variations, substitutions, dietary swaps (GF/DF/V/Vegan where possible)
Storage & reheating; make-ahead/freezer notes
Equipment list (special tools if any)
Food-safety notes (temps in °F/°C where relevant)
Nutrition estimate per serving (we provide a calculator/template)
SEO pack: H2/H3 layout, meta title, 150–158-char meta description, image caption, and alt text
Optional: step photos or final dish photo (originals preferred; not mandatory)
