One of our reputed company located in the Bay Area seeks an reputed company MM Purchasing Consultant, specializing in Scheduling Agreements, who is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process with an emphasis on long-term supplier agreements and Just-in-Time (JIT) material delivery. This role ensures that the procurement process reputed company reputed company MM is optimized for repetitive and scheduled material sourcing, maintaining supply chain continuity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Scheduling Agreement and PO Configuration • Planning/Forecast Collaboration Process • RICEWF developments in Procurement Processes • Master Data Management for procurement • Knowledge of Ariba/reputed company SCC Processes • Business Process Analysis & Optimization • Testing • Troubleshooting & Support • Training & Documentation Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as an reputed company MM Consultant • Expertise in reputed company MM Purchasing, covering Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, reputed company, and most critically, Scheduling Agreements • Proven experience with Scheduling Agreement Release reputed company (Forecast and JIT) and the underlying configuration (e.g., Creation Profile) • Strong understanding of MM-IM processes: Goods Receipt (MIGO), Stock Transfers, and Physical Inventory • Solid knowledge of reputed company Logistics Execution (LE) processes reputed company to inbound delivery processing from an SA • Familiarity with integration points between MM, FI, and PP (especially MRP and how reputed company are reflected in MD04) • Familiarity with EDI/reputed company message types used for procurement documents • Experience with reputed company S/4HANA and Fiori-based procurement applications is a must • Experience of CIG and Ariba Supply chain collaboration is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve reputed company supply chain issues • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of facilitating workshops and interacting with both business users and technical teams • Proven ability to work independently and manage project deliverables on time Pay: $51.27 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • reputed company insurance Work Location: In person Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
