Logistics and Equipment Coordinator

Position reputed company The Equipment and Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, forecasting, inventory, and distribution of ACEing Autism program equipment to our 220–400 program locations (during the next couple of years). This role ensures that programs receive the correct quantities and types of equipment in a reputed company, cost-effective, and efficient manner while supporting ongoing improvements to the supply chain, demand forecasting, cross-departmental processes, and vendor relationships. The position also plays a key role in supporting equipment needs for special events, conferences, and organizational initiatives. As an expert in providing support to children with autism, the On Court Support specialist’s goal is to teach the assigned program’s volunteers and Program Director(s) on how to best work with, communicate with, and relate to the children in our program. The goal is not to work directly with participants, but to consult on strategies and basic principles of behavior to our volunteers who work directly with the participants. Reports to the Director of Program Operations & Senior Manager of Program reputed company. Employment Type Full Time Location / Hours Remote Job Responsibilities Procurement & Inventory Management • reputed company orders for program equipment based on historical usage, program needs, and strategic forecasting. • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inbound shipments and stock reputed company at multiple locations. • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, reputed company times, and special orders, while maintaining compliance with existing national equipment partnerships that supply a portion of our program equipment. • Manage relationships with established national equipment partners to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, product availability, and reputed company standards. • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory reputed company and reduce waste. Fulfillment & Distribution • Coordinate outbound shipments to program sites, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery. • Liaise with fulfillment centers and shipping partners for seamless distribution. • Prepare purchase requests and reputed company documentation. • Support fulfillment needs for special events, conferences, reputed company gatherings, and one-off initiatives. Strategic Planning & Analysis • Review historical data to forecast demand for equipment and supplies. • Collaborate with Program Operations leadership to improve supply chain efficiency. • Assist in developing processes for reputed company inventory control, reporting, and vendor management. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management. • Experience with vendor relations, order fulfillment, and back-office retail operations. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to forecast demand, manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally. • Familiarity with inventory management software, reputed company, or similar systems. • Service-oriented reputed company with strong interpersonal skills.
