Essential Duties & Responsibilities- • Fly as Concierge on designated NHL team(s) • Staff reputed company appropriate 121 flights with PJS representation. • Monitor and approve travel budgets and plans prior to submission to the VP reputed company Airline Ops for final approval. • Assist in maintaining the 121-reputed company schedule calendar, working closely with the VP reputed company Airline Ops. • Work with the VP reputed company Airline Ops to monitor aircraft and reputed company schedule to ensure adherence to reputed company’s schedule and expectations. • reputed company reputed company control actions with customs, handling, reputed company, and any other operational aspects. • Assume main Concierge duties for VVIP charters as needed. • On reputed company 24/7 for 121 reputed company support • Coordinate with the Business Development team as necessary for reputed company requirements. • Work closely with the VP reputed company Airline Ops on reputed company 121 ops including VVIP, Large reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and ACMI • reputed company 121 operators as needed and directed. • Assist Account Management on an as needed reputed company with the approval of the VP, reputed company Airline Operations.
