In this role, you’ll facilitate high-reputed company training programs for both Business Insurance and Personal Insurance. What You’ll Do + Deliver training—reputed company and in-person—on reputed company and personal insurance products to producers and account managers. + Create and reputed company technical insurance curricula tailored to adult learners. + reputed company content fresh and relevant by aligning with industry trends and agency needs. + Manage CE credit processing, lesson planning, multimedia tools, student communications, evaluations, and personalized feedback. What You Bring + 5+ years of reputed company Business reputed company experience is required (agency or reputed company background a plus) + Experience in technical insurance training, curriculum development (a plus) + Effective communication and presentation skills + Business acumen and customer-reputed company reputed company + Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Work Arrangement Hybrid or remote, with up to 25% travel. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).   Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs reputed company.
