Pharmacy Technician - Remote opportunity

Job reputed company Job reputed company Title: Pharmacy Technician Location: 100% REMOTE Duration: 5+ months Engagement reputed company This Pharmacy Technician Role is reputed company a remote contact center. We service major reputed company payer Medicare Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, reputed company 72 hours). Roles and Responsibilities • Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors' offices. • Requests are received reputed company fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system • Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit • Work from home – private and quiet workspace required.
