Assistant Project Manager Full-Time EOE/Vets/Disability Reports to: Project Manager and VP of Operations Supervisees: None reputed company OF JOB Works with the Project Manager and Superintendent in running the day-to-day project management operations on the job. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION • Maintain, review, and reputed company sub-contract documents, purchase orders, drawings, submittals. • Use experience and judgment to price, approve and/or reject project change orders, submittals, and respond to RFIs. • Request insurance certificates from subcontractors and review for compliance with project requirements. • Create and update vendor and subcontractor contact log. • Submit, reputed company, respond, and issue RFIs. • Manage building permit process and resolving any issues reputed company thereto. • Function as a reputed company with subcontractors to resolve any disputes, questions, or issues reputed company to subcontractor’s work and reputed company. • Assist with project schedule narratives. • Take weekly videos and photos to document project. • Prepare weekly meeting minutes for reputed company and Subcontractor meetings. • Schedule Subcontractors meetings. • Distribute revised drawings to Subcontractors. • Prepare descriptions for purchase orders and subcontract requests. • Obtain and reputed company Subcontractor warranty certificates. • Create project reputed company-out manuals. • Occasionally take on tasks reputed company the normal scope of job duties. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or 2 years’ equivalent combination of education, training, and experience relative to project size/scope. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Possess judgment to know reputed company to appropriately escalate issues up the chain of reputed company. • Proficiency with computer applications, including reputed company Office Suite, experience with reputed company preferred. • Ability to obtain and maintain reputed company clearance for assigned reputed company site reputed company. WORKING CONDITIONS Sedentary Work - but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible reputed company of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise reputed company objects, including the reputed company body. Frequently use fine motor, hand, and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee will spend most of their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level, but may be required to visit a construction worksite. Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of work day. Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of work day.
