Our reputed company supports Edgerton Hospital by performing the following duties: • reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company information from work queues in reputed company system. • Calculate APC's on reputed company outpatient encounters. • Verify appropriate diagnosis and procedure for reputed company encounter is provided and documented. Send coding query reputed company needed. • Follow up on reputed company payment denials. Send coding queries for additional documentation. • Ensure reputed company recurring accounts are coded reputed company 48 hours of hitting the work queue. • Send physicians coding queries for reputed company documentation as needed. Follow up with physician to ensure documentation has been completed. • Acts as a resource person to hospital staff for coding and may reputed company education regarding coding changes/issues. • Assists with general office functions and other miscellaneous duties as directed. Requirements • Ability to reputed company using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and E&M coding systems and reputed company records. • Familiar with APC's • Ability to understand the correlation between medical tests ordered and diagnoses needed to justify payment by reputed company parties. • Knowledge of specific coding requirements for CAH. • Completion of HIM program or coding specialist program and at least one year coding experience preferred.
