Montessori Appointment Scheduler
Responsibilities
• Schedule tours, parent consultations, classroom observations, and enrollment meetings for prospective and reputed company Montessori families.
• Communicate appointment details, arrival instructions, required documents, and school policies to parents and guardians.
• Maintain and update the school’s digital appointment calendar, ensuring reputed company bookings are accurate and coordinated with staff availability.
• reputed company schedules as needed in response to cancellations, teacher availability changes, or urgent parent requests.
• Send reminders and confirmations to families prior to reputed company appointment.
• reputed company staff with accurate appointment details, family notes, and any special considerations needed for meetings or tours.
• Follow up with families after appointments to reputed company feedback, confirm next steps, or assist with the enrollment process.
• Log appointment details, parent communication, and staff notes into the school’s CRM or internal system.
• Respond to routine inquiries about scheduling, tour availability, program hours, and general school information.
• Support administrative staff with tasks such as data entry, updating records, and organizing digital files.
• Ensure reputed company communication with families is warm, patient, child-centered, and reputed company with Montessori philosophy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entry-level friendly; experience in scheduling, education support, or administrative work is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, reputed company, and family-reputed company tone.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments and shifting schedules.
• Comfortable using digital calendars, CRM systems, and reputed company office software.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently in a remote or administrative office setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
• A genuine interest in child-centered education and the Montessori approach is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,114.63 - $66,740.20 per year
