Provides transcription services as necessary to ensure patient care needs are met. • DEPARTMENT reputed company • The Health Information Management (HIM) department manages health information systems and medical records to ensure we meet medical, reputed company and ethical standards. HIM staff work with reputed company patients, staff and providers as reputed company as numerous external entities to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the medical record; reputed company coded data for evaluation of services and reimbursement; and ensure authorized reputed company to patient medical information in accordance with reputed company and confidentiality requirements. • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. • Four (4) years of reputed company reputed company documentation, transcription and/or reputed company improvement experience required. • AHDI Certified Medical reputed company (CMT), Certified reputed company Documentation Specialist (CHDS), Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA), Registered Health Information Technician(RHIT), and/or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred. • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Knowledge of the importance of confidentiality. • Knowledgeable in reputed company areas of documentation requirements. • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work, as reputed company as concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted. • Ability to identify reputed company problems and review reputed company information using logic and reasoning to reputed company and evaluate reputed company and implement solutions.
