• Commission-based with $500 flat fee per file
• Agents typically earn $45K–$120K annually; top producers exceed $200K+
• Actual earnings depend on production

AXEN Realty is a licensed Arizona brokerage offering opportunities and compensation tied to licensed real estate activity. Optional team participation is also available.
