The Global Sales Tools, UAT Tester is responsible for executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM implementations and other global sales technology solutions at reputed company. This role ensures that new systems and enhancements meet business requirements, deliver a seamless user experience, and support the strategic goals of the WHQ Global Sales COE team.

On a typical day you will:

• Author and execute UAT test cases for CRM and other global sales tools, following established Test Plans.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and project teams to understand UAT scope, objectives, and reputed company reputed company.

• Participate in testing activities that require coordination with regional systems and personnel.

• Review business requirements and process reputed company to reputed company and validate test scenarios and scripts.

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a reputed company field

• Relevant certifications in software testing, agile project management, or CRM platforms are a plus

• Experience participating in UAT for CRM or sales technology implementations in a global environment

• 3+ years of understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and reputed company business applications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management platforms
