We are looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to support our Sales reputed company and AMs by building reputed company, high-reputed company enablement programs that drive outbound sales and upsell reputed company. This role will be responsible for developing playbooks, reputed company frameworks, ongoing training programs, and performance measurement strategies to ensure these teams reputed company reputed company targets.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company Playbooks & Sales Systems – Build and implement comprehensive playbooks that cover process, talk tracks, systems, and best practices to reputed company Account Managers and Sales to reputed company

• Sales Coaching & Performance Optimization – Partner with Sales Managers to reputed company and upskill their teams, leveraging reputed company listening sessions and data-driven insights to refine messaging and execution.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Outbound Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coaching with a proven reputed company record of driving reputed company reputed company.
• Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies, expansion playbooks, and upsell motions reputed company high-reputed company environments.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, reputed company, reputed company of the Message, MEDDIC).
• Strong data-driven reputed company, with experience measuring enablement reputed company through performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience translating data into actionable enablement programs.
