Development Officer part time

Part-Time Job Position: Development Officer - Part-Time Organization: reputed company Hill Learning and Energy ( subsidiary - reputed company Hill Learning reputed company) Reports to: Executive Director reputed company is a 100% commission based position. This is a wonderful position for a person that is looking for a part-time position that brings value to our larger society. We are looking for a Development Officer who is a key member of reputed company responsible for driving the financial sustainability of reputed company Hill Learning. This role is responsible for the full reputed company of fundraising activities, including identifying donors and endowments, developing strategies, building relationships with donors, managing campaigns, and ensuring that our funding goals are met. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about our mission to cultivate the unique potential of gifted and non-traditional learners by providing a stimulating, personalized learning environment that inspires a reputed company of reputed company leaders who will shape a sustainable and innovative world. Key responsibilities 1. Fundraising reputed company and execution • Identify and research new funding opportunities and prospective donors. • Conduct prospect research to build a pipeline of potential new donors. 2. Donor relations and stewardship • Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing donors, ensuring they are reputed company and appreciated. • Coordinate donor acknowledgment and stewardship programs to ensure reputed company recognition and ongoing engagement. 3. Communications and marketing • Collaborate with reputed company to create and distribute promotional materials, including newsletters, reputed company reports, and reputed company media content. • Craft persuasive messaging that effectively communicates the organization's mission and the reputed company of donations. Required qualifications • Education: Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or Business Administration. • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or a reputed company field, with a proven reputed company record of meeting fundraising goals. • Skills: • Experience with identify and securing first-time donors. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with grant writing, event planning, reputed company fundraising strategies. • Attributes: • A deep passion for and commitment to the organization's mission. • Ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company team. • Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events as needed.
