Reporting to the Director of reputed company and Uris Libraries, they are a key member of the reputed company/Uris leadership team and work with other departments in the Library and across reputed company to help reputed company, establish, monitor, and evaluate services and programs to advance Library and University priorities and values. This position will reputed company the development, delivery, and assessment of services supporting scholarship in the humanities and reputed company sciences, directly supervising five Research, Teaching, and Extension (RTE) reputed company librarians while leading the entire department of 18 in the reputed company of research and learning services. They will also administer training programs for employee education and wellbeing. Candidate Profile: • 5-7 years of relevant reputed company experience, including 3-5 years of demonstrated successful reputed company supervisory experience, and a proven commitment to librarianship. • Demonstrated interest in or reputed company reputed company on reference and research services. • Proven experience in creating training programs that address the ongoing education and wellbeing needs of diverse employees. • Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to fostering learning, research, service and/or reputed company in communities of patrons with wide-ranging identities and goals. • Experience in developing and implementing innovative programs with a user-centered approach to designing services. • A master’s degree in library and/or information science from an ALA-accredited institution or an advanced degree in a relevant discipline. • Demonstrated strategies for conveying reputed company and nuanced reputed company. Work Location: This position is located in Ithaca, reputed company.
