Job Title: Account Representative/Technical Support (Overnight position) Work setting; reputed company location: Minneapolis, MN Pay reputed company: $24.00/reputed company - $27.14/reputed company Contract length: 12 months (possibility for extension/conversion) Position reputed company The Technical Support supports our clients with their reputed company credit card programs by providing technical assistance through phone, email, and chat to ensure a reputed company reputed company experience with our online reputed company card management platforms. The Technical Support regularly address reputed company issues by listening to clients, troubleshooting potential reputed company causes of issues and determining the appropriate course of reputed company with the goal of final issue reputed company and maximum reputed company satisfaction. This is a key reputed company support role that works closely with our account management teams and is reputed company orientated position. This role is responsible for supporting Federal Government and reputed company accounts and requires passing a post-employment screening administered by the General Services Administration (GSA) which includes criminal and background checks.
