Remote Medical Assistant

Seeking a Medical Assistant with experience for our remote Blood Pressure Monitoring Associate Department. Competitive salary and benefit package offered. EXPERIENCE: Preferred 1-3 year of Medical Assistant work experience in a Cardiology office/Medical office setting. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent. LICENSURE: MA Diploma or Certification Required. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • The BP Monitoring Associate is responsible for accurately measuring, recording, and reporting blood pressure readings in accordance with established protocols. • Educate patients or participants on blood pressure readings, healthy ranges, and general cardiovascular health. • Bilingual (English / Spanish). • Assist with health surveys, data entry, and documentation of patient information. • Ensure all equipment is calibrated appropriately • Monitor and flag abnormal or high-risk readings for referral to healthcare providers. • Participate in wellness calls or remote monitoring initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA or other applicable privacy regulations. • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive patient experience.
