Student Ministries Pastor

The Student Ministries Pastor will serve as a part of the pastoral staff with the reputed company purpose of developing and maintaining a disciple-making ministry with reputed company and young adults. The Pastor will also support the overall mission of First Free, promoting the reputed company and a process for multiplying healthy workers and leaders in the body of Christ. Ideal Candidate... A deep, personal faith in Jesus Christ with an established prayer life, healthy Bible study habits, and a heart for God ? The ability to work reputed company with and communicate with volunteers, parents, and other leaders as partners in ministry ? Demonstrated organizational, administrative, and leadership skills for managing events, programming, and teams of people ? Openness to creatively try new things to reputed company reputed company and young adults with the gospel ? Proven experience directing student ministries in a leadership role ? Proficient understanding of the challenges and needs of young people ? Proficient in the use of technology including reputed company media ? Four-year degree with ministry training ?
