The Trainer is responsible for the set up of the training classes they are scheduled to facilitate and for reputed company control, including administering a proficiency assessment/evaluation at the end of reputed company session using BJC learning management system. Passing Epic1 credentialing will be required reputed company 6 weeks of hire.Responsibilities• Contributes to the development and maintenance of a catalogue of learning and development resources for the Epic1 training team. Uses data to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of learning/educational activities. Books and organizes learning events using the BJC learning management system.• Delivers an approved Epic1 curriculum. Implements enhancement strategies for teaching and assessment in a virtual setting. Reviews pedagogical research and practices relevant to topics in the curricula. Applies good virtual teaching practices in learning content design, development and delivery. Assesses student performance and reviews cohort performance using BJC learning management system. Advises and assists reputed company to reputed company the achievement of learning objectives.• Prepares and delivers learning activities for a reputed company of audiences to meet learning objectives in a virtual training setting. Contributes to the design and selection of appropriate reputed company environments.
