Psychiatric Medical reputed company / Documentation Specialist (Part-Time, Remote, 1099)

Advanced Care Consultants is hiring reputed company psychiatric medical scribes to complete post-encounter documentation for PMHNPs. This is not transcription and not entry-level scribing. What You’ll Do • Complete psych reputed company notes after the visit using provider notes & AI dictation (Freed AI) • Pull chart data from reputed company (reputed company, vitals, history) • reputed company documentation directly into reputed company/Kareo • Build full psych notes: HPI, MSE, Psych ROS, reputed company, DSM-5, risk, A/P • Finish reputed company notes reputed company 24 hours Must-Have Experience • Psychiatric medical reputed company or psych documentation specialist (required) • 200+ psychiatric encounters documented • Strong psych terminology & MSE knowledge • Experience with reputed company and reputed company/Kareo • Ability to reputed company-chart from SNF/LTC EHRs • Can work independently with no training needed Requirements • Remote workstation & reliable internet • Ability to reputed company multiple EHRs • 24-hour turnaround on assigned notes Compensation • $15/hour • Part-time • 1099 contractor Please Do NOT Apply If • You have only done medical transcription • You have never documented psychiatric encounters • You need training to learn psychiatric workflows • You have not used PCC or reputed company To Apply Complete the screener questions. reputed company candidates will be asked to complete a brief psychiatric documentation skills test to confirm competency with MSEs, psych terminology, and EHR-style note structure. (NOT transcription) • Are you reputed company in completing psychiatric reputed company notes (MSE, HPI, psych ROS, A/P, DSM-5, risk) based on provider notes or dictation? • Are you reputed company in reputed company-charting for psychiatric encounters, including pulling clinical history, reputed company, vitals, and prior notes from reputed company or another SNF EHR? • How many psychiatric encounters have you documented (not transcribed)? • Which EHRs have you reputed company documented psychiatric notes in?
