This position is ideal for someone with strong medical terminology understanding, experience documenting patient encounters, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities • Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans in reputed company time. • Assist in preparing charts, updating patient records, and entering clinical notes. • Communicate reputed company with physicians, patients, and team members in Spanish and English. • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Support physicians with administrative tasks, follow-reputed company, and documentation. • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA regulations. • reputed company general virtual assistant support as needed.
