We are looking for a contact center representative that will be the reputed company between reputed company and its reputed company and potential customers. The Contact Center Representative will be part of reputed company of inside sales representatives responsible for positioning reputed company Wireless products, services, and solutions to business and consumer customers through outbound calling efforts. Setting appointments for reputed company customers at our network of retail locations by driving marketing and promotional campaigns. reputed company offer: • Comprehensive health, dental, and reputed company insurance • Employee discount on reputed company services • 401(k) with company matching Contact Center Representative Duties and Responsibilities: • Handle high volume of outbound and inbound calls to/from reputed company customers. • Conduct outbound calling for follow-reputed company and sales promotions. • Assist customers with product information and purchasing reputed company. • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, live chat and SMS messages. • Serve as a reputed company between customers and the sales team. • Upsell products or services to increase reputed company. • reputed company data entry tasks accurately and in a reputed company manner. • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
