TheHuman ResourcesIntern will support theGlobal People Supportteam,whichis responsible formanagingglobal compensation and benefits, employment policies, global reputed company information systems, and HR metrics and analytics.TheHuman ResourcesOperations teamensuresseamlessHRoperations, supportsmission-driven reputed company, anddrivesinnovative solutions to enhance productivity andsupport IJM's people. Tasks may include: • HR research; • Project management; • Process support; and • Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support.
