Organization: Mercor Position: Biology Expert (PhD) Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $65–$85 per hour Location: Remote Duration: 1-2 months Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided): • Evaluate Biology Outputs: Assess outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with scientific objectives in biology. • Create Challenging Biology Problems: Develop complex problems in biology that challenge AI reasoning and analysis. • Contribute to Data Generation and Evaluation: Play a key role in data generation and evaluation processes that help inform the next generation of large language models. Requirements: • Strong professional experience of academic (research, publication, teaching) or professional experience. • High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent proficiency in English.
