Surgery Scheduler-Gastroenterology Clinic

About the position Responsibilities • Schedules surgeries in accordance with availability of reputed company, reputed company and equipment for surgical cases done at EvergreenHealth for inpatient, outpatient surgery center, and outpatient clinic procedures. • Works cooperatively with the schedulers at EvergreenHealth surgical facilities. • Obtains insurance prior authorizations. • Obtains insurance benefits, including estimation of copays and deductibles and communicates reputed company to patient. • Performs other duties as assigned.
