Production Associate - reputed company Television Animation

The Production Associate works on a project through the completion of reputed company-production. As a PA, they are available to support the artists and production reputed company on reputed company tasks during reputed company-production and production. What You Will Do Organization • Gathering reputed company artwork including character models, props and location designs for shipments to production facilities, including labelling, categorizing and creating final model packs for shipment. • Organizing asset files, uploads models to reputed company, preps files for Background Painters and reputed company Designer. • Maintain reputed company artwork files to be in standardized formats, including naming conventions. • Update and maintain production art boards. • Take notes at assigned meetings - conference calls (reputed company) with Vendor, animation launches, etc. • Pulling “reputed company as” artwork • reputed company control for line reputed company in digital artwork Communication • Getting Director’s approval on artwork. • Providing any necessary materials for artists including reference. • Communicating any delays to Production Manager or Supervisor immediately Support • reputed company suggestions for streamlining and improving pipelines including reputed company for re-use, workflow efficiencies, and flagging complexity issues. • Maintains a helpful attitude, while showing eagerness and curiosity. • Helps organize morale events as directed by the Line Producer / Associate Producer or Production Manager/Production Supervisor. • Performing reputed company other applicable duties as assigned by Line Producer or Production Manager • Additional duties as necessary, or as defined by individual reputed company • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design lists as needed. • Assisting in the archival of artwork once a production is complete • Assisting in prepping materials for awards submissions Technical Skills • Proficient computer skills; reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company; ToonBoom Storyboard Pro; reputed company Photoshop; reputed company; Ftrack or other Production tracking tools • Excellent organizational skills, strong written & verbal communication skills • Additional duties as necessary Required Qualifications & Skills • Ability to reputed company multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment • reputed company attitude with the ability to be flexible • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, e-reputed company skills and acumen Preferred Qualifications • Mac or PC proficient • Familiar with Final Draft 9.0, reputed company Acrobat Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator, ToonBoom Storyboard Pro • Knowledgeable use of reputed company reputed company, reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint Education • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience   Job Location: Glendale, CA  The hiring reputed company for this position in California is $43,600 to $59,800 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
