Investigations Case Manager (Remote, East Coast Preferred)

The Role: We are seeking an Investigations Case Manager to oversee and manage investigations, ensuring timely completion, high-quality reports, and guidance for investigators. This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates located on the East Coast to facilitate team collaboration and communication. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential. Occasional travel for team meetings may be required, though it will be rare. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience conducting investigations in insurance fraud, liability, or workers’ compensation • Prior management experience is a plus • Prior military and/or law enforcement experience is a plus • Organized, outgoing, ethical, and able to work independently • Proficient in MS Office • Ability to manage case workload and provide guidance to investigators • Must have a private investigator (PI) license if required by the state in which you reside • Optional: ability to speak a second language Responsibilities: • Oversee investigations and ensure timely, high-quality completion • Review cases and provide feedback to investigators • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements • Compile investigative reports using notes, video, and statements • Assign cases based on investigator skills and geographic location Schedule: • Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend phone calls to answer questions Benefits: • Competitive pay • 401(k) with matching • Health & life insurance • Paid time off • Work from a home-based office • Cell phone allowance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
