ad1 We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist with hands-on clinic experience, you will contribute your industry knowledge and receptionist expertise to help our team design and improve veterinary software.This is a part-time, remote position (approx. 10 hours/week), ideal for someone with veterinary reception experience who is interested in shaping the future of technology in animal care.Key Responsibilities:Provide insights on veterinary reception workflows, including call handling, appointment scheduling, medication refill requests, and client communication.Assist in documenting clinic processes to help translate real-world workflows into software features.Review and test new software features, providing feedback on usability and accuracy.Offer recommendations for improvements based on your knowledge of veterinary front desk operations.Occasionally assist with data entry, mock scenarios, or role-play testing to simulate real clinic situations.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
