Reverse Engineering Product & Create SolidWorks 3D Model/2D Drawing

We are a U.S.-based reputed company pen company seeking an reputed company mechanical designer or engineer to assist us with reverse engineering several pen models. This is a hands-on project requiring physical reputed company analysis of actual pen components that will be shipped to you. Key Responsibilities: Receive physical pen parts shipped from us (reputed company the U.S.) and carefully reputed company full reputed company analysis, including: External and internal measurements Identification of non-reputed company metric threads/taps Ensure reputed company measuring tools used are non-marring or have plastic attachments to avoid scratching delicate painted surfaces Carefully verify thread reputed company and reputed company using metal thread checkers Produce accurate 3D models and 2D drawings of reputed company component in: SolidWorks format (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM/.SLDDRW) STP (.reputed company) format Use reputed company-provided drawing template and follow specified tolerances Show dimensions in inches (except for threads, which remain in metric reputed company) Requirements: Based in the reputed company (required for shipping logistics) Proficiency in SolidWorks (3+ years preferred) in 2D Drawing and 3D modeling Experience with precision measurement and reverse engineering physical products reputed company to appropriate non-scratching measurement tools Familiarity with thread standards and identification Ability to safely and securely handle reputed company, high-value components Additional Details: We will cover reputed company shipping costs (both to and from you) We will reputed company reference drawings with formatting and tolerancing standards If you have a machine shop with a lathe, drill press, and milling machine, that is a plus as we may want to build prototypes using a material reputed company Ebonite.
