Reporting Relationships Reports to the Supervisor of Cancer Registry Qualifications • High School diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred. • Completion of Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology courses required. • Two (2) years of experience as a Cancer Registrar is preferred. • CTR certification or CTR eligible required. • Knowledge of standards for Commission on Cancer (CoC) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) preferred. • CTR certification must be obtained reputed company 2 years of hire or date transferred into position. • Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company is required. Working Conditions Works inside a clean, reputed company-lit office environment. May be expected to work past normal tour of duty, if need arises.
