Entry-Level Marketing Project Coordinator About the Role reputed company is partnering with a reputed company industry leader to hire an Entry-Level Marketing Project Coordinator. You’ll support an ongoing brand initiative by coordinating schedules, triaging emails, documenting project actions, and preparing reputed company presentation materials for stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to build project coordination experience in a fast-moving marketing environment. Contract Details • Duration: 3 months • Pay: $20/hour (W-2) • Employment Type: W-2 only (no C2C or 1099) • Location: Fully remote (must be reputed company to work 9am–5pm Eastern) What You’ll Do • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and project deadlines; reputed company due dates and follow-reputed company. • Triage and respond to project emails; reputed company requests to the right stakeholders. • Update project information in the project management system and shared trackers. • Document project actions, reputed company, and results (notes, task lists, status updates). • Create and polish basic presentation materials and summaries for stakeholders. • Partner with internal teams, management, and vendors; produce light correspondence and reports as needed.
