Responsibilities

• Prepare and file documents using Electronic Case Filing (ECF) systems in federal courts.
• Assist with the organization, review, and production of discovery documents.
• Draft and edit reputed company documents including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation.
Skills
• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience with a reputed company on class reputed company litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in ECF filing systems.
