Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Boston, MA (2 days onsite, hybrid)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 base and benefits
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only
Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in Salesforce administration who enjoys solving problems, building scalable solutions, and driving business process improvements. You’ll work in a collaborative environment supporting multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Operations. If you have 1–2 years of Salesforce experience and strong communication skills, this role offers a chance to advance your career while contributing to impactful projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including:
• Objects, fields, layouts, and record types
• Roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Declarative automation (Flows) and configuration
• Experience supporting B2B sales environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise Slack administration or Slack automations
• Experience with deployment and change management best practices
• Exposure to integrations such as Tableau, Outreach, Slack, Zoom, or Teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Handle Tier 2 support requests and troubleshoot complex configuration issues
• Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and data access
• Build and maintain Flows and declarative automations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support Marketing operations including campaign management, lead workflows, and reporting
• Maintain data quality through audits, validation rules, and reports
• Support system release cycles — testing, documentation, and user training
• Contribute to integrations with connected business tools
