HEDIS Auditor Trainee (6071) Part Time Remote Anywhere

Job Title: HEDIS Auditor Trainee Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal. Candidates must be able to commit min 20 hours per week during training and 40 hours per week post training throughout the entire HEDIS season Shift Hours: Applicant should be available to work from 6 AM to 6 PM CST. This is a remote position available to candidates located within the United States. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Pay Structure: • The training pay rate is $25 per hour • Post Training completion, the pay rate increases to $30 per hour HEDIS Auditor Trainee – Onshore Remote position, reporting to HEDIS QA Manager during training phase. HEDIS auditor trainee is responsible for learning and applying the concepts of HEDIS based on HEDIS Technical Specifications and client guidance as portrayed in Advantmed training material. This role involves training on HEDIS measures, which includes all recorded measure trainings, recorded demo records to ensure an understanding on how to abstract in the tool, any recorded supplemental training, supplemental and measure training assessments, and test records in the training portal. This role is a prerequisite for the auditor position where you will be providing knowledge transfer of the information you learned during training, to abstractors during their training phase and during the live season. • Must acquire a base score of 97.5% overall. • Complete all training in the defined timeline. • Must attempt all training as scheduled in the HEDIS training planner which will be provided on Day 1 of your training or communicate to HEDIS Manager with any changes in schedule. • Must have a professional attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years/seasons of experience in HEDIS Abstraction / Review • Medical Coder Certification: CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA through AAPC or AHIMA OR • Licensed Nurse: LPN, LVN, RN with an active license Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
