Customer Operations Specialist (Part-Time, Remote, Asia Time Zone)

You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for our users — answering support messages, reviewing KYC, solving problems, and escalating issues reputed company needed. This is a critical role that directly impacts customer trust and satisfaction.
