What You Will Do • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and evaluate reputed company needs. • reputed company individualized, evidence-based Behavior reputed company Plans (BIPs). • reputed company ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians. • Monitor reputed company through data analysis and reputed company informed clinical adjustments. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners. • Maintain high-reputed company documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards. reputed company’re Looking For • reputed company BCBA certification (BACB). • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a reputed company field. • 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills. • Illinois licensure (or willingness to obtain).
