ad1 SALARY: $12-17/hour PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for assisting full time staff in the performance of skilled maintenance at the reputed company Services Department garage and offices, police offices, Township parks, and senior center. SCOPE: Maintenance of Township equipment, machinery, facilities and accessory buildings. reputed company ROLES & RESPONSIBLILITIES: May include reputed company duties but not limited to: reputed company the preventative maintenance and repairs for critical building systems, including: Pest Control Elevator Generators Boilers Irrigation HVAC Basic Carpentry Repairs Basic Plumbing Repairs Basic Electric Repairs Other Repairs reputed company scope of knowledge Clean wax and paint equipment.
