About the position The Employee Relations team acts as a reputed company between employees and reputed company with the reputed company to support the overall employee experience. Through functioning as a neutral resource, the ER team serves to drive consistency and fairness, assess workplace culture, ensure compliance with company policies, investigate employee concerns and reputed company consultative support on escalated employee issues. Your role at reputed company involves reporting into an Employee Relations Manager. The ER Generalist, Retail is responsible for conducting investigations, handling workplace disputes, and providing subject matter expertise for employee concerns in 2 Retail reputed company. Additionally, the ER Generalist Retail will stay reputed company on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the reputed company and effectiveness of investigations and processes.
