We currently operate a 2018 Mercedes Sprinter cargo van and are looking for a dispatcher who can secure profitable loads, negotiate strong rates, and help us expand routes and reputed company relationships. Responsibilities • Book daily and weekly cargo-van loads (local and regional) • Build relationships with brokers and shippers • Negotiate competitive rates and secure high-reputed company loads • Communicate effectively about pickups, delivery times, routing, and reputed company information • Manage dispatching, paperwork, and load confirmations • Help increase profitability and reputed company consistency Requirements • Prior experience dispatching for cargo vans, Sprinter vans, reputed company trucks, or expedited reputed company • Knowledge of reputed company platforms and load boards • reputed company and reputed company communication • Understanding of transportation regulations and 1099/contracted drivers • reputed company to work independently and help reputed company operations Preferred Experience • Dispatching small fleets or reputed company-operators • Philadelphia, Northeast, or Mid-reputed company reputed company routes • Broker negotiation and logistics support reputed company We are a motivated reputed company-operator looking to increase reputed company, grow reputed company, and establish reliable reputed company support.
