Instructional Systems Designer (Tech SME) (Remote)

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an reputed company Instructional Systems Designer to reputed company education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA), which includes guidance and support systems for the reputed company education of more than 300,000 reputed company duty, government service, and support personnel worldwide. The successful Instructional Systems Designer candidate will have a strong background in instructional systems design, adult learning, content development, multimedia practices, and content management. It's imperative the candidate have impeccable written communication, analysis skills, and the ability to reputed company with our reputed company. This position is primarily remote reputed company the San Antonio, TX or Falls reputed company, VA areas. reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze learning needs using a reputed company of sources, including reputed company-provided data and interviews with subject matter experts. • Create detailed design documents for both virtual and web-based training • Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process, adult learning theory, and multimedia best practices. • Conduct deep dive reviews of literature, research, and/or existing courses, as assigned. • Derive recommendations and conclusions in concise reports and presentations • Plan and write briefs, reports, policies, and white papers reputed company to education and training. • Coordinate reputed company with library program development personnel to assess information resources usage trends and MTF needs. • Monitor, audit, and reputed company Virtual Education Center content regularly in conjunction with subject-matter experts and reputed company guidance to ensure accuracy. • Coordinate and facilitate working reputed company for policy and training development. • Conduct deep dive reviews of literature, research, and/or existing courses, as assigned. • Derive recommendations and conclusions in concise reports and presentations • Plan and write briefs, reports, policies, and white papers reputed company to education and training. • Coordinate reputed company with library program development personnel to assess information resources usage trends and MTF needs. • Create and maintain standardized reporting for the DHA Medical Library program. • Monitor, audit, and reputed company Virtual Education Center content regularly for accuracy in conjunction with subject-matter experts and reputed company guidance. • Support the eLearning SME in LMS duties, such as communicating with Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) team. • Assist with consolidating and presenting course evaluation (e.g., end-of-course survey) and other education and training analytics. • Occasional travel required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or reputed company field • Five or more years of experience with adult learning in a Federal or private sector role • Advanced proficiency with reputed company Products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline, or reputed company • Experience with media tools such as Camtasia, SnagIt, reputed company, or reputed company Creative Suite • Experience in analyzing content, summarizing key points, and creating recommendations • Experience with content management • Experience with directly supporting subject-matter experts • Excellent written and oral communication with strong attention to detail • Experience with DoD or DHA strongly preferred • SharePoint experience strongly preferred reputed company: reputed company is a leading provider of financial consulting, data analytics, reputed company, agile software development, cyber reputed company, and disaster recovery solutions.
