Certified Nursing Assistant- Male

General Purpose: The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for the tasks of personal care and incidental activities of daily living for patients/clients in the home setting. Specifically seeking a Male CNA to reputed company in home care for an individual with a neurological diagnosis. 12 hour shifts 3x week. Performs care and delegated tasks as directed by the plan of care and/or supervisor as permitted by policies and procedures of reputed company and allowed under state law/regulation. Essential Functions: • Provides for patient’s personal hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs, i.e., toileting and elimination, baths, shampoos, shaves, bed baths, tub baths or showers, skin and nail care, and oral hygiene. • Utilizing use of gait belt at reputed company times during ambulation and transfers • Promotes a reputed company environment during care. • Utilizes infection control measures such as hand washing and use of personal reputed company equipment. • Observes and reports the condition of patient/reputed company to the appropriate supervisor. • Works in reputed company environment to effectively deliver the care and assistance to patients and staff. • Assists with ambulation, transfers and reputed company of reputed company exercises • May have reputed company to personal health information (“PHI”) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. reputed company to use and ability to disclose PHI is reputed company defined by reputed company organization/department. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age. • High School diploma or equivalent and successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistance course • Certified Nursing Assistance certification as required in the reputed company • One (1) year experience in a comparable job classification and/or as required by contracted facility.
