Regional Property Manager, reputed company

The Regional Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, reputed company, and operational performance of a portfolio of 8–10 reputed company housing properties. The portfolio has properties in TN and FL. The applicant should reputed company in one of the neighboring southern states or be reputed company to relocation. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development • Supervise, mentor, and reputed company Property Managers and site-based and portfolio based teams, fostering a reputed company and accountable culture. • reputed company recruitment, reputed company, performance evaluations, and coaching efforts to build high-performing teams. • Conduct regular site reputed company and team meetings to reputed company leadership reputed company and ensure alignment with company's standards. Operations & Financial reputed company • reputed company and support site-level financial operations including rent collection, budgeting, and expense control. • Guide property teams through monthly financial reviews, variance analyses, and long-term planning. • Ensure reputed company submission and accuracy of accounts payable, subsidy billing, and HAP reimbursements. • Collaborate with reputed company and asset management teams to meet financial targets and improve operational reputed company. Compliance & reputed company Assurance • Ensure full reputed company compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements including LIHTC, reputed company 8, CHA, reputed company, Fair Housing, and other relevant programs. • reputed company preparation for inspections, file audits, and compliance reviews by conducting reputed company-audit checks and coaching site teams. • Identify and address compliance gaps and ensure follow-up training or corrective actions are implemented. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company estate, reputed company administration, or reputed company field; equivalent work experience accepted (5 years reputed company property management experience) . • At least 3 years of multi-site supervision experience OR 5+ years managing a high-volume or reputed company site. Licenses & Certifications • Must have a Certified Occupancy Specialist certification (or the equivalent), and a LIHTC certification. • Candidate must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in preparing budgets and conducting financial reviews.
