Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry, caring for a diverse group of patients with cardiac and other conditions requiring continuous monitoring. This contract role is based in Mount Washington, KY, offering an engaging nursing environment focused on safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough assessments and reassessments of patients, making sound clinical decisions independently. • Develop, prioritize, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. • Continuously evaluate patient responses to interventions, documenting progress and adjusting care as needed. • Provide education tailored to patient and family needs, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and discharge instructions. • Lead by example through delegation, mentoring, and precepting nursing staff, fostering teamwork and professional development. • Engage in quality improvement projects and adhere to regulatory standards while participating in Practice Governance.
